Critical Spares Assessment
Surprisingly, even the most common components can have long lead times
At Circ Electrical Services Ltd, we offer a bespoke critical spares assessment where we will assess every electrical component on your machinery and your current spares stock.
This is an assessment which factors in the age, condition, known failure rates, quantity, operating duty and lead time of replacements of the components.
We then build our report and send you the results which will often advise to hold new or additional spares. This approach is focusing hard on reducing downtime by ensuring you hold stock of every component that could put the equipment out of service if it were to fail and the components that have especially long lead times.
We can also assist with sourcing the parts if needed as we have a large contact list. This way, you don't have to worry about setting up accounts with suppliers, we'll do the hard work.

Modern vs Traditional inspection methods
Traditional inspection methods typically include visual inspections and manual testing to identify electrical issues... effective, but lengthy and does not detect everything.
On the other hand, Thermal imaging plays a huge role in maintaining the reliability of electrcial equipment as it can detect hidden issues the naked eye cannot see.
It can detect heat related problems such as loose or poorly made connections, overloaded circuits and faulty components.
Although these hidden issues may not be causing a problem to your equipment currently, they almost certainly will at some point down the line, which of course could result in unplanned downtime.
Our thermal imaging inspection will pick up these issues so you can arrange planned maintenance to recifty at a time that suits your needs.
